Our story

Started in a garage, still stubborn about freshness

Brew Lab began in 2019 when two friends, tired of stale supermarket coffee, bought a 1kg sample roaster and set it up in a Kothrud garage. Seven years on we've moved into a proper roastery, but the rule hasn't changed: roast in small batches, ship within a week, never let a bag sit.

We work directly with three estates in Karnataka's coffee belt, paying above market rate for lots that hit our cup-score bar. What doesn't make the cut doesn't make the bag.
